Our 450 square-foot facility comfortably seats up to 30 people in a classroom-style setting. As soon as you enter, you’ll find the temperature and lights already set just right. Simply hook up your computer, welcome your guests, turn on your microphone, and you’re ready to go. All lighting input source and room temperature can be controlled from one point on the speaker’s podium.

Our facility features new, state-of-the-art equipment:

Room Rates

BRmeetingroom.com is much more affordable than conference rooms or hotels. Plus, all the audio-visual equipment you need is already there at no extra cost. Single-Used Rental (1-3 bookings at one time):

When booking 1 - 3 Sessions = $149.00/session
Includes extra half-hour set-up time and extra half-hour break-down time
Small Conference Room can be booked for an additional $35 extra.

Multi-use Rental:

When booking 4 or more Sessions = $99.00/session, and,
Small Conference Room is included FREE (a $50 value)
Includes extra half-hour set up time and extra half-hour break down time
Includes FREE use of private back office during your booked sessions

Long-Term or Annual Contract:
