Can I inspect the space before I book?

Sorry, but no one is on-site to allow for inspections. We have provided pictures on our website and Google Earth can provide a view of the parking lot and building. However, in cases where a client wants to negotiate a long-term or annual contract, an appointment can be set for you to review the site.


What if a meeting is already going on?

That should not happen. Specific pass codes are issued for each room rental session.


Is the space cleaned between each meeting?

Tenants are responsible for cleaning the room after each use. Specific directions are posted inside the room near the podium. If the room is not clean, the next user should report the problem and the previous user will be charged a service fee. If there are 3 reports on the same user, or the client fails to pay the cleaning service charge, the client will be blocked from renting the room.


When are the timeslots for each day?

8:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.


Is BRmeetingroom.com available/open on weekends?

Yes, we're available for booking 365 days a year.


How do I pay for my room rental session?

Our online booking system is integrated with PayPal to handle payment processing. PayPal offers several methods to make payment - using a PayPal account or using any major credit card/debit card.

We selected PayPal as our payment processor because they are the largest, most recognized and trustworthy e-commerce company in the World. Their payment system is simple to use, safe and completely secure. Can I "hold" a session and pay for it at a later date?

No, all room rental sessions are sold on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. If a time-slot is visible in the online booking system, it is available. If you do not see a time-slot, that means it has been booked and is no longer available.

Note: If you do not see the time-slot, please do not call us to check it's availability. ALL room rental sessions are booked/managed using the online system. It is accurate.


Is there free parking for my guests?

Yes, free parking is available.


What happens if I stay past my allotted time?

We ask you to make every effort to leave on time. Should you stay past your allotted time, it will be reported by the next user. Repeat overstays may result in you being blocked from future rentals.


Do you have any time slots that are less than four hours?

No, the minimum charge is for four hours of presentation time with a 30-minute window before for set-up and 30 minutes after for clean up.
